Coaching Tennis

My philosophy is to provide the tools for players to become fundamentally sound, mentally focused and to enjoy the game of tennis.  This creates an opportunity for tennis players to be successful and to have had a meaningful high school experience.

Key Elements of Wimberley Tennis Program

Student/Athletes involved in the tennis program at Wimberley High School have been successful the past few years because of a combination of factors.  In no particular order, but each vitally important they are;

·         An adult tennis community who support and care about the success of the high school and junior high tennis program.

·         Supportive parents who are willing to take their children to lessons and workouts at an early age and beyond.

·         School administration, Athletic Director and coaching staff that have always supported the tennis program.Student/Athletes who care about their teammates and their success
