2020 Convention Details

The 2020 Annual TTCA Convention, which takes place at the luxurious Horseshoe Bay Resort (Horseshoe Bay, TX) is taking place the weekend of December 10th - 13th, 2020

Below are the standard costs of the convention (Retired and Hall of Fame Coaches prices are reduced):

Note:  A late fee will be assessed after October 1 and an additional late fee will be assessed after November 1 and December 1, so sign up early.  In order to register for the convention, each coach will need to join/renew their membership (December 1, 2020 - November 30, 2021) for the cost of $50.

Double Occupancy - $ 300
Single Occupancy - $ 440
Commuter - $ 225

Late Fee after October 1 - add $25
Late Fee after November 1 - add $50
Late Fee after December 1 - add $75

Additional Convention Options

Early Arrival - $ 70(Thursday arrival based on double occupancy) 
Spouse / Child - $ 130 (Fee for bringing a spouse or child for all meals, along with having a Single Room) 

**Costs include Friday/Saturday hotel with all amenities, meals (beginning Friday noon and ending Sunday breakfast). 
This year the Membership cost of $50 is separate from the Convention cost. 
Each registrant coach must signup for or renew their membership at the same time as registering.
