2017 Convention Details

The 2017 Annual TTCA Convention, which takes place at the luxurious Horseshoe Bay Resort (Horseshoe Bay, TX) is taking place the weekend of Decmeber 1st - 3rd, 2017

Below are the standard costs of the convention (Retired and Hall of Fame Coaches prices are reduced):

Double Occupancy - $325
Single Occupancy - $450
Commuter - $245

Below are additions you may add:
Early Arrival - $70 (Thursday arrival) Spouse / Child - $110 (Fee for bringing a spouse or child)

**Costs include Friday/Saturday hotel with all amenities, meals (beginning Friday noon and ending Sunday breakfast), and 2018 TTCA membership.

      • Events - MEN: Open MD, Open M35D; Women: WD/W35D (1 Draw); Mixed Doubles (1 Draw); Team 70* and Team 100* Doubles - team can be 2 men, 2 women, or mixed; partners' combined ages must be 70 or more, or 100 or more, respectively
      • You Enter by showing up and putting your name on an event list. Check in on the sidewalk between CLAY courts 11 and 13.
  • Texas Hold'EM (Ballroom A-E)
  • Other: Cards, Horseshoes, bocce, hantis plus a large screen for viewing football gams (Ballroom A-E)
