Q.  What if I want to find out if I have any outstanding Invoices or I need to print an Invoice to turn in to my school?
A.  You can click on the Membership tab, click Members Only Portal, then click My Profile to see the drop down for Invoices.  All Invoices (paid, voided, and open) will be listed.  Click on the Invoice # to see any of the Invoices.

Q.  What if I can’t find something on the website that I know is there?
A.  Be sure you are logged in with the correct Username and Password because there are certain items that are only viewable to members.

Q.  What do I do to Register as a member or Renew my membership.
A.  If you click on the Membership tab at the top of the homepage, and then click Join/Renew at the bottom of the drop down list, you will be taken to the correct form.  You will need to input your username and password.  Note: If you put in a different email (username), you will be creating a new account and could cause issues and confusion later.  See “What if I want to change my Username” in this Q&A.  Memberships run from August 1 to July 31 and there are no prorated amounts for joining within a Membership Year.  

Q.  What if I don’t remember my Username or Password?
A.  You can click Retrieve Username or Reset Password and follow the onscreen instructions to view or change them.  You will be emailed instructions on how to change the password.  If you don't see it in your Inbox, check your Spam/Junk Folder.  In some cases, school email filters block you from being able to receive emails.  In this case, you need to talk with your school IT Department to allow you to get emails from TTCA/MemberClicks.  Or you can change your Username by Seeing "“What if I want to change my Username” in this Q&A.

Q.  What if I want to change my Username?
A.  You will need to contact Bobby Kleinecke at ([email protected]) in order to change your username.

Q.  What if I lost or never got my Membership Card?
A.  You can click on the Membership tab, then Print Membership Card.

Q.  What if I move and my contact information changes?
A.  If you click on the Membership tab, then Update My Profile, you will be able to edit information.  Note that you will not be able to edit your username and some other key information for obvious reasons.  Contact Bobby Kleinecke ([email protected]) to change something that you cannot change yourself.

Q.  What if I want to pay an open Invoice?
A.  You can click on the Membership tab, then click Members Only Portal, then click My Profile to see the drop down for Invoices.  Click on the Invoice number on the far left to access the Invoice to view/pay.  Be sure and input the amount that you want to pay, because the default is the full Invoice Balance.

Q.  What if I want to pay only a portion of an Open Invoice?
A.  You will need to contact Bobby Kleinecke by calling 979-777-0621 and have your credit card handy.

Q.  What if I lost my Professional Development Certificates that I need to turn in to my school to get credit?
A.  To see a list of your certificates (and download lost ones), go to the TTCA MC/LMS homepage (https://ttca.mclms.net/en/) and under My Account at the top right, click on Certificates.
