2026 Convention Details

The 2026 Annual TTCA Convention, which takes place at the luxurious Horseshoe Bay Resort (Horseshoe Bay, TX) is taking place the weekend of December 11-13, 2026.  Early arrival will be on Thursday December 10.  Note some sessions will be on Thursday and early Friday morning.

Below are the standard costs of the convention (Retired and Hall of Fame Coaches prices are reduced):

Friday Breakfast is included in all registration costs.

Notes: 

Note:  Coaches will not be able to pay by credit card again this year due to the costs that have been occurring to the TTCA so it is imperative that you turn in your Invoice to the school or booster club right away so that they have time to prepare checks and get them to us by November 1.

A late registration fee will be assessed after September 30 and an additional late fees will be assessed after October 31 and November 30, so sign up early so we can secure all rooms at HSB.  A sellout is expected again this year and rooms will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.  Register early in order to secure your room.  You do not need to wait until your school budget opens to register.  You can pay by Pay by Invoice and pay later with a school check.  Again, we will not be taking credit cards this year due to the costs that the TTCA is having to pay in Credit Card Fees.  Balances are to be paid in full by November 1 in order to secure your hotel room at Horseshoe Bay Resort and validate your Convention Registration so turn in the emailed invoice as soon as your new year budget opens so that your school will have time to prepare and mail checks.  This deadline applies to Hotel AND Commuter coaches.

In order to register for the convention, each coach will need to join/renew their membership (August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026) for the cost of $75.  You can do this at the time of registration.

Double Occupancy - $ 550
Single Occupancy - $ 725
Commuter - $ 425
*** Note that these prices do not include any applicable late fees!

Late Fee after September 30 - add $25
Late Fee after October 31 - add $50
Late Fee after November 30 - add $75

Additional Convention Options

Early Arrival - $ 90 (Thursday arrival based on double occupancy) 

Friday Breakfast is included in the Registration fees.

Spouse / Child - $ 225 (Fee for bringing a spouse or child for all meals, note that a single room will be needed) 

**Costs include Friday/Saturday hotel with all amenities, meals (beginning Friday breakfast and ending Sunday breakfast).
